Kick Off! 5 minutes in and Abbey Hulton play down the right, it’s played across low and here’s WARD… OH HE’S MISSED IT!! Big early opportunity there for Abbey Hulton!
16th minute and Stockport have a corner, in it comes… Free header… Blocked! It falls to Number 5 on the volley… Oooooh! Just over the bar!
28 minutes now and Abbey play forward, it’s played out right to Turner who plays it across the box and here’s Turner… And that’s the first goal!! Brilliantly well worked and Abbey Hulton have the lead here! 1-0!
40 minutes now and Georgians have it on the right, it’s played into the box and it falls on a plate for number 9… OH WHAT A BLOCK BY THE ABBEY HULTON DEFENDER!! At point blank that is sensational defending! Corner… Comes to nothing. At half time, Abbey Hulton remain 1-0 to the good.
Second half, a slow start to the second half here…
On the hour mark now and Georgians have it on the left, it’s played across and here’s number 9 who controls and shoots… He scores!! Georgians are level! 1-1!
87th minute now and Georgians have really grown in this game! They have a corner, it’s whipped in… It’s in towards the back post and it’s headed across goal… AND IT’S TURNED IN!! Georgians look like they have won it here! 1-2!
Last minute of stoppage time and Abbey Hulton have a free kick in the Georgians half… Uh-oh! Pushing and shoving in the box and was that a punch by the Abbey Hulton man? Referee deliberates with his assistant… It’s Red! Abbey Hulton down to 10 for their last attack… In comes the free kick… The header… Wide… That’s it! Georgians win!

- The Ground: 4/10 – It’s open plan which I’m not a fan of sadly, it does have a good view from the grass side which also offers some picturesque views of the Staffordshire countryside but it is a basic ground with 2 little stands and probably only just about suitable for Step 6 football sadly…
- Expense: 10/10 – Not the best of games but still good for £6!
- Overall Experience: 5/10 – Not the best of games again but I’m glad I ticked it off in the end!
