They’ve deserved that! Bottesford continuing to dominate here, there is only one team looking like scoring at the moment. 53 minutes gone and Handsworth with the ball on the left, in comes the cross, Bottesford fail to clear and the ball falls to Samuel Smith!! Scuffed it…… BUT IT ROLLS IN OFF THE POST!! That’s football for you!!
Handsworth beginning to take charge of the game now. 64 minutes and here they come again, the ball with centre back Oscar Radford on the edge of the Bottesford box, he tries to make space for the shot, Cruyff turn and another one, he’s made space for the shot now and he goes for it… OH WHAT A GOAL!!! A goal that Johann Cruyff himself would have been proud of has been scored by a centre back!! 2 Cruyff turns and fired into the top corner!! 3-1!
Handsworth are not finishing yet, 67 minutes and they charge into the Bottesford box, he’s brought down… PENALTY!!! Handsworth given the chance to finish the game off now. Leon Howarth to take for Handsworth, he steps up… And scores!! That should be that!
84 minutes now, Handsworth with the ball on the left, cross comes in, Leon Howarth on the volley!!!! It’s 5!!! Smashed into the roof of the net!! Eat that!!! Handsworth still continue to press the Bottesford goal but they ultimately would not score again.
