Bishop’s Cleeve vs Bristol Manor Farm here on this Friday night! I saw the reverse fixture earlier in the season which finished 1-1 in a game where Manor Farm probably should’ve won it! Let’s hope for a better game this evening!
So onto the M1 to the M69 onto the A46 to the M5 and into the ground in good time! £10 for this game! Better be worth it! The disco is live and the teams are ready! The reverse fixture! Don’t let me down!
Kick Off! 4 minutes in and Bishop’s Cleeve have it down the left, they get into the box and it’s fizzed across… And over from close range! Big chance there so early on!
20th minute and here come Cleeve again, Ben McLean shoots from 20 yards… Saved! Corner, in it comes… Cleared.
36 minutes on the watch now and Cleeve come again, it’s played into the box from the right and Langworthy stretches for it… He couldn’t get there and it goes out for a goal kick.
Into stoppage time in the first half and it’s a corner for Manor Farm, in it comes… The header… It’s there! Harry Lucas scores for Manor Farm! The Farmy Army are out in force now! Against the run of play you have to say as well! 0-1! That is the final action of the half.
Second half, 66th minute and Cleeve are pressing but Manor Farm are looking pretty comfortable but here come Cleeve with Jay Malshanskyj and he’s in… Saved! What about the rebound…? Cleared for a corner just in time by the Manor Farm defender. In comes the corner… Cleared.
85 minutes now and Cleeve come again, they have it in the box and it falls for Will Emery to shoot… OFF THE LINE! Manor Farm clear.
4 minutes later and Cleeve lose the ball in the Manor Farm half and they break, it’s a through ball to Owen Brain who’s in… And he pokes it past the keeper and surely seals the points for the Farmy Army! 0-2!
Cleeve continue to press but Manor Farm hold firm and seal the deal! “Get that music on lads!” Manor Farm players in great spirits as they head for the dressing room!

- Atmosphere: 2/10 – Very quiet sadly but a little noise from the travelling Farmy Army.
- The Ground: 4/10 – Not the biggest fan of 3G cages but I certainly think this would be a picturesque ground in the daytime.
- Expense: 9/10 – Not the best of games in all fairness.
- Overall Experience: 5/10 – Very glad to have ticked it off but just wish the game was a bit better!
